IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TAP 2 DRAIN FIXTURES AND THOSE FROM BIG BOX HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES?
We get asked this question a lot. Are the products from the big box stores the same quality as the ones supplied by Tap 2 Drain? The simple answer is: NO. Although the manufacturer names are the same, the fixtures available in the retail stores are often of lower quality. The internal parts that get the most wear and tear are made of plastic, in most cases, and will not last or perform as well as fixtures supplied by Tap 2 Drain. When we provide the best warranty, we want to supply our customers with the best product.
SUPPLYING YOUR OWN FIXTURES
It is your home and always your choice. If you choose to supply your own fixtures, our amazing technicians will gladly install it for you. Tap 2 Drain offers labour warranties on client-supplied product, but it does not cover any problems with the fixtures or parts that supplied by the homeowner. If there are any problems with these items, the homeowner is responsible for contacting the place of purchase or the manufacturer of the product to resolve the issue. We will always be there to guide you, and will gladly come and install any parts supplied by a retailer, but please be aware there will be a charge.

My faucet is leaking. Do I need to replace it?
We will let you know when we get on site if you need a replacement or a repair. Sometimes, depending on the age of the fixture, it is as simple as tightening it up or replacing a cartridge.
What fixtures do you supply?
We can supply almost any household plumbing fixture from faucets, to sinks, to toilets to bathtubs and laundry tubs.
We also supply and install hot water tanks, on demand water heaters, boilers and furnaces/heating equipment.
I bought a new kitchen faucet and tried to install it, but couldn’t. Can you help?

We’re doing a reno on our bathroom. We need everything disconnected and then reconnected after the floors and counters are installed.
